Delivery times for ‘IN STOCK’ items will vary subject to your location and the product being shipped, but ‘Standard Shipping’ will average 3-5 days to capital cities and up to 10 days to remote and regional areas. ‘Express Shipping’ will average 1-3 days to most parts of Australia, but may take longer to some remote locations. Items not listed as ‘IN STOCK’ may be subject to extensive delays, so please CONTACT Broadcast Bruce prior to ordering if your requirement is urgent.
Please note that Express Delivery is not available to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers for larger items and will be via Australia Post Parcel service only. Couriers cannot call on arrival or follow complex instructions for access. A signature will be required on delivery unless an Authority To Leave (ATL) is mentioned in the notes. ATL deliveries are not covered by Broadcast Bruce insurance and we recommend you have your own insurance in place.
