Delivery times for 'IN STOCK' items will vary subject to your location and the product being shipped, but 'Standard Shipping' will average 3-5 days to capital cities and up to 10 days to remote and regional areas. 'Express Shipping' will average 1-3 days to most parts of Australia, but some deliveries may take longer to remote locations and residential addresses. We recommend deliveries to staffed offices where possible to avoid delays/returns and redelivery fees. Items not listed as 'IN STOCK' may be subject to extensive delays, so please CONTACT Broadcast Bruce prior to ordering if your requirement is urgent.
Please note that Express Delivery is not available to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers for larger items and will be via Australia Post Parcel service only. Deliveries to residential addresses may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days, as our premium carriers require a permanently staffed business address. Couriers cannot call on arrival or follow complex instructions for access. A signature will be required on delivery unless an Authority To Leave (ATL) is mentioned in the notes. ATL deliveries are not covered by Broadcast Bruce insurance and we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or stolen following delivery. We recommend you have your own insurance in place should you request an 'ATL' delivery.
