As a True On-Line Double Conversion UPS the PowerShield PSCERT1000 Centurion RT is part of PowerShield’s highest single phase power density UPS range – engineered for mission-critical applications that demand uncompromised protection. With an impressive output power factor of 0.9, it delivers more real power, allowing it to support larger loads than other UPS systems with the same VA rating. To maximise efficiency, the Centurion RT features an Advanced ECO Mode, achieving up to 98% efficiency. When the input voltage is within the ECO range, the UPS saves energy by passing the mains supply directly through to the load, while the inverter continues to operate in a passive mode — reducing energy consumption without compromising protection.
